I was on a fixed deal with ecotricity that ended Feb 2nd so currently out of tariff. We are a family of 5 in a Victorian property. I have a new EV car arriving on Mon. Struggling to choose a tariff as it's confusing should I stay as dual fuel or seperate

This is not acceptable when some people have to stick to a tight budget. Why are price changes not done when the store is closed as this could have a detrimental effect on some people.

Can you please advise why your staff are changing prices while the store is open and customers are shopping. I was half way through a shop today, I picked an item and the store assistant swapped the price tag, Increasing the item by 45p!

I raised this with her and she said that the new prices would be on the system. She did give me the tag to take to the till to get the lowered price. However how many other items in my trolley were increased after me lifting them from the shelves.

After the comments made the other day, I felt like there was a big weight on my shoulders to set the record straight... and I knew it would be very tricky to do that whilst making 3 different recipes in the space of 7 minutes!! But thanks to all your support, I think I did ok (or so I’ve been told - it’s all a bit of a whirlwind still)

Hopefully everyone can now see that gluten-free food doesn't have to look or taste any different to 'normal' food, nor does everyone have to be eating their own separate meals at Christmas! As I said, being gluten-free is NOT a choice so please don't think of us as difficult! 🙅🏼‍♀️ Oh and of course preventing cross contamination is crucial for ALL who have coeliac disease!

Today on ITV's @thismorning , coeliac disease was discussed during a phone in segment on the show. We are deeply concerned about the content and advice given to a caller attending a Christmas family event where all of the food will be gluten free to protect the health of a person with coeliac disease. We are actively following up with @ITV . You can read our open letter in the comments below, and will share any responses we receive.

In the meantime we ask you to contact This Morning to ask them to give an apology to our gluten free community on air for this damaging and inaccurate information, and to engage with Coeliac UK to ensure their information is accurate in future.
