TTC is a secondary school in Essex. It was #Ofsted oustanding but standards have been falling for years. Classroom roofs leaking and mouldy. Teachers on strike because of excessive and consistent staff cuts. Why? #AET

Well done @clarksshoes outlet at Freeport Braintree (visited yesterday) and @pizzahutuk Clacton (visited today). Staff clearly very busy, especially with the current Covid limitations, but both places were well organised, and staff very friendly and efficient.

Can't believe @SportsDirect_CS refusing to refund returned items clearly been 'misplaced' at their warehouse. Have sent proof of postage + copy of returns notes AND it's taken TWO weeks for them to finally respond to over 15 emails!!! No phone call. Terrible customer service.

@SportsDirect_CS 12 days, 7 emails and STILL no refund for items I returned. POOR form Sports Direct. Also contacted customer services dept of @AddidasUK they helpfully responded and sorted my issue within hours. Thanks @AddidasUK. Could be as efficient @SportsDirect_CS?
