@virginmedia Hi Ben, yes haven’t gotten our bill right the whole 12 months. Had to call and get adjusted EVERY month. Couldn’t speak to a supervisor to rectify. The automation systems don’t communicate between diff.department. Those are the main points but a few more things to add.

I have never in my life received such consistently bad customer service from a company as I have from @virginmedia. Wow! I’d rather have slow broadband than deal with this bureaucracy. How hard is it these days to have op systems that make it easier - not harder!!!!
