@johnlewishelp I paid for Saturday delivery, but not delivered and DPD saying they’ve not received it yet. Spoke to customer services yesterday who said to wait 24 hrs & to get back in touch if not delivered, which it isn’t. Now can’t get reply on service chat. What is going on?

@BritishGasHelp had u out twice to fix heating, but still not fixed. Heating is off, but radiators red hot. had to turn boiler off. Tried calling, but I have appointment for Tues to fit hive , which I don’t want to change so your system won’t let me call you. Can you help?

@johnlewishelp is there a problem with email confirmations? My partner has made two orders and no confirmation (payment has been taken). Tried to check in app and it says you will email to update the password and that email hasn’t come through either. It’s been a couple of hours

@skiptonbs my mortgage with you is coming up for renewal (just entered the 6 month switch window). If I switch to a new deal with you and lock it now, can I switch to another product later in the 6 month period if rates fall?
