Doctor's don't get paid based on the success of their patients, but they get paid for their expertise and experience, as a professional should. Teachers should also get paid for their expertise and experience, as a professional should.

Just because some teachers would rather stay in the classroom than go into administration doesn’t mean they aren’t leaders. In fact as a leader, seek their input and feedback if you want to build a highly effective school culture.

I am so proud of 💙💛@OylerJayden! He’s earned his American FFA Degree! Less than 1% earn this top award. He worked toward this from 3rd grade on. Animals have to be cared for early mornings, late nights, holidays, weekends, EVERY. SINGLE. DAY‼️. And we are so very proud of him💙
