@teneikaask_you I YouTube’d how to connect my smart thermostat. I did something and it wouldn’t come back on. The electrician was in my house for 3 minutes and all I had was ONE wire in the wrong place. I paid $75 for 3 minutes of work.

Looking up my blood type plus I have a blood disorder trait. I used to be so lethargic and sick after eating it. I figured it was my portion sizes but it was overall beef. I limit the amount of beef I eat now. Once I researched “iron overload”, I avoid it.
