I enjoy long romantic walks to the fridge

[tzolis stan @E5THXR]

Pls black people are just as susceptible to mental illness and the tragedies that follow them. Not everything needs to be a conspiracy theory because you lack the ability to believe it

[Adedayo Agarau @adedayoagarau]

1. Nigerians can't apply for visa to the US.
2. The US consulate is building a 10-storey “visa house” in Nigeria.

[Kevwe @kevwe_od]

This is why arguing with Nigerians about language and ethnic politics is pointless to me.
Nigerians have different values and priorities. Some of us value freedom and prosperity, others value religion, others value whatever the fuck this is.
The idiots are winning unfortunately.

[Ash @theashrb]

This is why student politics can never make it to the national stage lol many of you are too childish and purist to even smell power… the Right runs rings around you because you can’t even get your shit together and see the bigger picture 😂

[anj @___anjola]

omg stratford international finally actually becoming an international station

[FunkLip @funkomi]

Almost 50% of the price is tax and its a google maps “update” they came to announce.

What happened to if you dont have anything nice to say, say nothing at all!?

[Chisom- Global Careers Adviser 🌏 @FLOTUK]

Growing up men who hung around the betting shops were seen as WOTLESS. You would take the piss out of them. Now you have athletes at the peak of their game promoting gambling apps and “prediction markets” to make it cool! One of the WORST addictions you can ever have

[Ash @theashrb]

I hate to break it to you but… there is no plan. The onus is on workers to come together.

In the 1st Industrial Revolution, Govt sided with employers… in the 2nd Industrial Revolution, workers collectively bargained (and I feel it’ll need to be the same now).

[Darth Vader @TadeD_]

They already said you shouldn’t ask, do you lack situational awareness ???

[TPG diaries @hausofvidaxx]

personally i feel like music e.g DJ Abrantee bringing Afrobeats to the UK, Harlem Spartans’ “chocolate darling” bar etc was majorly responsible for the 2011-2016 shift towards including Africanness in Black British culture

[Lady Barbara |Founder & Data Scientist @data_barbs]

Seeing influencers posting on LinkedIn is making me realise the bag is truly not clothing hauls anymore. Everyone wants to be a personal brand

[Madame La Directrice @jenny_gxo]

But what would they be protesting for? Do you understand why the French are protesting?
Kids in college here do 4 subjects max and are deffo not in school 8am-6pm, colleges are usually also well equipped.
Maybe the uni students should because of those diabolical fees??

[Donna McLean @Donna__McLean]

Please don't buy into this nonsense. More than a fifth of Jamaican surnames are Scottish in origin. Glasgow was built on the tobacco and sugar trade. Look at the street names. Scots made up 30% of Caribbean plantation owners.

[👁️👅👁️ @gothisha_]

The Damilola Taylor documentary has come out and it is pointed to a serious issue that resulted in the death of a 10 year old child. I think chalking up xenophobia to “disapora wars” is extremely insulting given the context.

[Mr17-5 @TheEchelon175]

Anyway RIP Damilola Taylor 🙏🏽🙏🏽

[STARR GYAL @t_desrae]

Also to the British born Africans, some of you took part in bullying immigrants from your own country, you lot need to take accountability for that too cos that is shameful

[FunkLip @funkomi]

In your 20s & early 30s, fight for your life when it comes to friendships. Don’t believe the low effort narrative or that these relationships are transient/ not important. Life gets kinda crazy as you get older and those sisterhoods might be the only thing holding you together.

[Clem 🌿 @SirClmnt]

With pensions, it’s not “you must contribute or you’re an idiot”, as some are implying.

It’s more, if you can afford to lock that money away, you probably should for the matching & tax relief but plenty of people are living paycheque to paycheque & genuinely need the money now.

[P0liticalbaby 🇵🇸🇨🇩 @P0liticalbaby]

I always say that freedom is not expanding beauty standards because there will always be someone at the margins of these standards. Instead we must depoliticise ugliness.

[well, even louis vuitton makes mistakes… @diewearingdior]

I get that they’re in Indonesia but something about the continued emphasis of Indonesian prostitute feels really icky.
