@tan_yizen @angxuan_ Megafirm is the main firm that is co-operating with other firms. They are the king controlling the pawns, the CEO of firms, totally different from tribes. The presence of teamwork still exists, just that megafirms' project are larger and there's obvious hierarchy.

I disagree with your statement because a house can be designed flamboyantly but still have sufficient space for occupants. The idea is not about space vs ornamentation, but about structural/material dishonesty vs ornamentation.

Le Corbusier's governing ethos should not be confused with takeaway principles as they are not transferrable knowledge that is applicable to other contexts. Despite his honesty in construction, it was sad that the house turned out to be a flop.

On the contrary, I feel that phones are still competing in terms of aesthetics as well. By nature, humans are drawn to visually pleasing objects. Hence aesthetics in a weird way has still persisted it's relevance in design no matter irrelevant/unimpt it may be.

Because we shouldn't get mixed up. Adding vegetation or 5-star air-conditioning to your building does not make it sustainable.

I agree now that the living shelter is very impractical, and I am guilty of getting sucked in to the idea just simply for it's form before Ping analyzed it.
