@RiotPhroxzon The R-shield should be the icing on top, not the main point of the R. There are enough enchanters giving big shields. Shen's 'power fantasy' is to save the day in person across the whole map, coming in with a clutch W and taunt. The shield doing all the work on its own ruins it.

@RiotPhroxzon I'd just remove the bHP scaling from R that was added a couple years ago. We already scale from HP on passive and E, and the R is strong enough as it is without the shield becoming enormous. Thanks for the nerf in any case though, cheers

@EvaluateClaims I've always ran aftershock/locket/redemp on supp. If i was a supp main i'd be doing some experimentation with heartsteel on supp too, since the buildpath isn't so bad even if it's expensive. Glacial i think is meh

If I find the time I'll try for rank 1 next split, since it'd be a crime not to abuse the incoming changes which looks to make an already poppin' Shen even stronger

Dear Riot,

Shen is omega broken because of his passive buffs this season + R HP ratio + Every Shen item buffed (Heartsteel, Deadmans) compared to every other item nerfed. Just don't nerf his Empowered Q, please nerf other parts like R or P.

Pleeeease @RiotPhreak nerf Shen R amount when you end up seeing his winrates after this patch. Do not norf his Emp Q dmg again and reduce skill expression even more. I beg
