@AmericanExpress i am a amex platinum card holder in india. Inspite of this i have received 20 plus calls in last three months soliciting again for amex platinum card inspite of informing about me being a card holder already . I want to cancel my card if the calls don't stop.

@@TajHotels Extremely disappointed with my stay at Taj Samudra. Despite a confirmed booking for a Club Room, front office refused to acknowledge it and downgraded me to Standard. To make matters worse: No water in the room from 5:30 AM to 6:35 AM despite immediate reporting.

@kstdc I took a KSTDC taxi KA03AF6139 on 13th oct from airport and he got me jammed in traffic to avoid toll without informing. When questioned he said his fasttag doesn't work. Then he drove recklessly to make up time. At drop he said his meter stopped working and I should pay more. I paid only what bill he gave ie rs 1384. Bad service and harassment

@tata_neu I booked 3 rooms in Tata Chia kutir thru Tata Neu app and stayed in March 2025. Inspite of follow up for last two weeks almost 11000 Tata Neu points are not credited . This is third time it’s happening. Your customer service doesn’t exist.

@Rentokil have been trying to reach for a booking done at 11 AM today in Bangalore Koramangala. No calls , no mail except receipt for payment. Twice your call centre calls dropped after 5 minutes. Can any body help . Been waiting at home since morning
