@VerizonSupport Hello. I noticed network instability messages on PC and iPad over the weekend. Today it’s just awful. I called in to support line. Virtual assistant said there was an issue with my connection then said resolved. I have Fios and I am not getting speeds I need and expect.

@VerizonSupport I have called in and worked with virtual assistant but still having service issues. Slow (70-80mbps peak) speeds and intermittent drops in service.
