So thankful to God for allowing me to participate in the Brockport 2025 commencement ceremony- officially celebrating by Educational Administration Certificate of Advanced Study. EAS✅️ SDL✅️

Originally, the website served as a motivational platform but now it's a hub that highlights the various services we offer to promote transformational change for those desiring to break unfruitful cycles in their lives🌻🌻🌻 #newmindsetnewoutcome
I truly enjoyed attending the 'Royal Tea' event at school 54 and being their guest speaker. I never take the opportunity to pour into our young people for granted. Each day, each moment, each mindset. From one sunflower to another 🌻
Thanks for the invite Jamie Hearn-Yudichak
One of the reasons I love being a co-lead on RCSD's Mobile Mental Health Team is the youth mental health education we get to provide.
Check out the work we've been doing at Edison.

Today, I had the pleasure of celebrating International Women's Day by attending the 'Unapologetically Her: Coffee &Convos' event.
I intentionally set out to explore new events and make new connections this year, in an effort to expand personally and professionally.
I participated in 'Read Across America' day at school 7.
Upon entering the classroom, I asked which one the students preferred and they ultimately had me read both.
These books were affirmational and encouraging; just what was needed for the 6th graders. God be knowing!
I had a chance to attend Dr. Ross Greene's presentation and it reaffirmed the reasons I gravitated toward his philosophies years ago.
I'm committed to reminding colleagues:
Kids do well if they can.
Fair is not equal.
Collaborative problem solving is necessary.
"Tamara walks into a room like a warm compass, steady, sparkly-eyed, and ready with a plan. She blends scripture, practical tools, and messy-creative energy into workshops. People leave her sessions with a plan, a prayer, and a new vocabulary for hope." -Chat GPT
Yes, men too! This co-ed workshop is for anyone ready to paint, plan, and step into their next season with intention.

As January 1st approaches, it is my prayer that our mindsets shift. Not like the "new year, new me" slogan. But actually shift from stubbornness, double-mindedness, procrastination and being inflexible.
New Mindsets yield New Outcomes. Remember the choice is yours!

Being a lead social worker on the RCSD Mobile Mental Health Team has been a life changing experience. Every day I have an opportunity to support students, staff, parents, and school communities with social/ emotional/behavioral/mental health needs. @RCSDNYS @newmindsetnewoutcome
