They're called "Boss" or "Gaffer" in the UK. In Spain, football coaches are known as "Mister". Apparently thanks to Mr. Fred Pentland from Wolverhampton, who - in 1922, coached Athletic Bilbao to various trophies, including beating Barca 12-1 and Madrid 0-6. Gracias Mister!
