I can’t tolerate those who’ve glorified guns, who’ve posted pictures of themselves shooting war-type weapons just for the fun of it, who’ve shilled for the gun-lobby, who’ve opposed any gun reform…now tweeting out prayers and condolences.
Fucking hypocrites.
We ask the community to join the City of San Antonio in diplaying flags at half-staff in remembrance of those lost in today's senseless tragedy.
Our hearts are with Uvalde.
The moment to stop Uvalde was right after Sandy Hook. After Santa Fe High. After El Paso.
Instead, Abbott made it easier to carry guns in public.
The moment to stop the next slaughter is right now.
Children went to school today and were killed in a mass shooting. Another American community shattered by gun violence. Another round of thoughts and prayers. They’re hollow words if we continue to do nothing to end the violent, unrelenting, preventable shootings in our county.
14 children and a teacher dead.
Another shooting. And the GOP won’t do a damn thing about it.
Who the hell are we if we cannot keep our kids safe.
This is preventable. Our inaction is a choice.
We need nationwide, comprehensive, commonsense gun safety NOW.

Uvalde is experiencing the sickening aftermath of a horrific mass shooting. At least 14 children and a teacher are gone. Pray for the lost, their families, and Uvalde.
San Antonio has sent mass casualty resources to the region and will do all we can to help our neighbors heal.
