@WallStreetApes A buyer should have a home inspection done for their own protection against buying a lemon or identifying repair. Home inspection details are the buyer’s property. The lender wants an appraisal for value. Insurance use as well.

@Barnacle_Bill_ @LangmanVince That bear had already walked through half the downtown and by numerous kids and families. That’s Gatlinburg for decades. Normal people leave them alone and they walk on. Many enjoy the bears and also know not to swat at them…unless they’re a dumbass.
