Does the @cityoflondon have a sense of (ironic) humour by having a black cab in its fleet but restricts the Black Cab trade using Bank & Bishopsgate⁉️

Restrictions are no laughing matter ❌

They must be lifted 24/7/365 for:

✔️for businesses: Vision for Economic Growth
✔️ visitors: Destination City
