Purchased travel insurance from their website. Requested for policy documents for claiming insurance now they don’t know what a policy documents are. 4 days wasted teaching the agents what it is. Final response

Do not trust the Insurance provided by air India. You will not get a policy documents or certificate for claiming compensation. Rather you’ll get an ignorant response . These agents must go back to training to understand what is a policy document is.

@airindia Been hearing the same from senior customer agents since 4 days. Everyday I need to call explain the whole story, then give me some irrelevant document or number. Gets denied by TATA AIG.

Such a nasty behaviour by customer executive Mr.Vikram @DTDCIndia interrupting and abusing and finally cutting the call in between conversations. People like Vikram are the shame to Indian Society.

@DTDCIndia your customer executives have different answers for the same request. Mr Vikram from customer executives have been rude and cut the call in between. I think you need to have a standard procedures for any complaints. And people like Vikram are shame

Regret opening account. getting 3-4 calls from their customer executives, through the banking number and personal numbers. Watsapp messages for completing KYC for Credit Card. No response after complaints and DND. Raised to ombudsman
It’s high time am thinking to close my account due to 4-5 calls daily from credit card department, KYC department etc etc. bugging me. Even my Girlfriends don’t even call me this much @IDFCFIRSTBank
More than convenience it’s more inconvenient to take 4-5 calls from ur service executives forcing me for Credit Card. Even after requesting not to call anymore, Mr Jitesh from KyC dept was so rude and non stop forcing me and non stop saying it’ll take 2 min. Fed up @IDFCFIRSTBank
Yesterday I booked a cab through @Olacabs in Chandigarh. After boarding the cab driver drove and stopped in middle of highway, driver threatened to deboard me andForced me to cancel and go without the app. they charges cancellation charge and no investigation.Says driver is right
