I've made an order through Zomato yesterday...but the wrong order was delivered and when I contacted the customer care they asked me to send a detailed complaint to their email id and I did that ASAP @zomato

There was no reply from their side so far so I contacted the customer care again and this was their reply and they cut the conversation 3 times during the chat...Zomato stealing money from customers...I myself being a Zomato pro member feels it's a waste
