@TexasTrialGroup These kids are in limbo; stressing every day on what will happen to their future after making life-changing decisions based on the July 31st ruling that they were eligible. They resort to a state case and the NCAA says: "we WILL appeal every ruling in favor of 2022 athletes"
@WinterSportsLaw Yes! And not all athletes are in a position to pay hefty attorney fees. Too many things in their own rule book say the are eligible! Stop fighting it. Every day is a lost opportunity for many. Let them play
Forget the math...
Help me understand this one… 🤔
July 31: Federal judge grants the Class of 2022 relief. Coaches call. Opportunities open. Athletes make life-changing decisions.
August: NCAA fights to put it all on hold.
Meanwhile: NCAA adopts a new model giving future athletes up to 5 years of eligibility.
And the Class of 2022 is the group we need to exclude in the name of “equitable opportunities”?
Make it make sense. 😵💫

@samcehrlich Good to know! Is there any timeline for the federal case? Athletes made life-changing decisions based on the July 31st ruling and now they are in limbo. I'm wondering if joining a state case is the better route. But, that comes with a cost.
@TeriMoren It means the world to know that Sara is so loved and welcomed back to Indiana! 🏀 Seeing her reconnect with her Hoosier family fills my heart with gratitude. Thank you for always supporting her - once a Hoosier always a Hoosier! ❤️
