@SilkenLaumann Yes, Silken I agree. Just get moving .........so I did ~ turned 65 in November ~ Trail trek 5.7 km ~ trek rated difficult to extremely difficult ~ and bought an electric bike ~ oh yea ~ down 27 pounds and lot's of inches. One foot in front of the other..........gets you there!

So I have switched gears ~ to an EBike ~ and mountain trail running ~ Oh Yea! 27 lbs down and many inches lost ~ from a size 18/20 to a now 13 ~ whoa! One foot in front of the other.
