Few ways to remember.

In 1st Trimester - Dual Test

Beta aur uske papa.

Beta- HCG ⬆️ (increased)
PAPP-A ⬇️ (decreased)

2nd Trimester - Triple test

Beta HCG ⬆️
UE3⬇️
AFP ⬇️

Add Inhibin ⬆️- Quadruple test.

Easy to get confused - what’s increased- what’s decreased .

Just remember - HI IS HIGH.
Rest Low.
HCG and Inhibin is high, rest everything - low.

HI IS HIGH(increased). That’s it. Rest - low(decreased)
