The toll rate for a Class 1 vehicle with a tag was $650, & $730 without a tag. Now, the rates have changed to $780 with a tag & $790 without a tag. Who is setting these toll prices, as the reduction in the differential from $80 to $10 appears illogical @TollAuthority

So I got a notice from @FLOWJamaica on Sunday that my service will expire within 2 days and I should top up with $3200 for it to auto-renew.

I topped up on Monday with a $3000 & a $300 credit this is to facilitate the auto-renewal.

@FLOWJamaica after a long day of work I really don't want to be placed in a situation that will prevent me from enjoying my hard earned money. It is so expensive to purchase credit for you to just take it from me without a valid reason.

@FLOWJamaica I get that mistakes happened and the rep escalated the matter but I was told it would take 24-48 hours to resolve this issue, which is no fault of mine. So I am to do without service until the matter is resolved 🤦🏾‍♀️

So I called @FLOWJamaica and the rep said she saw where I added credit to facilitate the auto-renewal and she saw when I turned off my data after receiving the unsuccessful text. And she also said she's not seeing why my credit was removed.
