@Airbnb@AirbnbHelp telling me that they can’t help me to get a refund even though I never checked in - but that I can write a review about my experience. Also @airbnb then deleting my review because I “never stayed at the place” The host can keep $700 but I don’t get a voice.
@AirbnbHelp@Airbnb My host keeps $700 for nothing including $200 for cleaning (even though I never stayed there!) - I write a honest review stating all facts and you delete it. WTF?
@Airbnb@AirbnbHelp tell me, how can it be legal that a host keeps almost $700 including $350 cleaning fee and occupancy taxes, even though I never checked in? What were they cleaning if nobody stayed at their place? Why are you not having my back?
@AirbnbHelp@Airbnb I‘m speechless by your customer support and the way you treat your members. You would think that in a company that big you would be able to get help immediately. Instead I’ve been kept waiting for days and were promised call backs that never happened. #Airbnb
@Tretorn Most unsatisfying customer service experience I ever had @tretorn ! I am disappointed! Neither USPS nor UPS were able to send my return because the address provided is incorrect. Tretorn‘s “customer service” did not offer me any help, but sent me a discount code -What?!
@DB_Bahn bitte bei der Buchung online DEUTLICHER angeben dass man in der 1. Klasse einen Sitzplatz reservieren muss! Denn der Sitz ist NICHT einfach mit dabei wie beschrieben. Habe 1. Klasse bezahlt und muss in der 2. sitzen aufgrund von Platzmangel?! #bahncomfort
