They can also be sued in state civil courts.

The FBI can still investigate them.

Congress can still subpoena them to testify under oath, and if they lie during their testimony, they can still be charged Federally for lying to Congress.

Congress can still investigate them and release a report on their findings.

We always knew the DP State would have Biden pardon them, and we were prepared for it, with many other options to prosecute them.

The Trump administration can order Biden to take a competency test, and if he fails, it will invalidate everything his signed as president, including pardons.
