Hey @Halfords_uk can you please help, my kid's Christmas present arrived this morning and it's so damaged it's unusable. Your team are saying 24-72 hours for a resolution and I'm really worried we won't have a bike in time for Christmas.

@Halfords_uk please please can you expedite a quicker response/resolution? There is going to be a very sad 4 year old on Christmas day otherwise, the bike arrived ruined, the back wheel doesn't even turn :(

@Se_Railway I am afraid I simply don't agree that the solution is that everyone who was standing on that train should have got an earlier one, rather than providing 12 cars for that one, but thanks for your responses.

Hey, @Se_Railway can you please bring back 12 car services to your morning high speed trains? People who've paid this much should get a seat, a 6 car service is not enough!

@Se_Railway The train that just arrived at STP at 0908 was 6 cars and there were lots of people standing up. I am sure there are 12 car services, but there seem to be noticeably less recently at busy times.

@Se_Railway Multiple trains over the last few weeks/couple of months. Going to or from Kent to London terminals, it's often been standing room only during commuter times, due to having 6 cars instead of 12.

Dear @All4 and @Google - please can you have a chat and make it so I can watch your programmes on my chromecast TV with subtitles? For me it's a preference, for others it's an accessibility issue.
