@TheCoffeeBlock Short term rentals are still profitable you just have to look in markets that aren’t saturated . You also have to consider all the ways you make money besides cash flow (tax savings, mortgage pay down through rent, appreciation the cherry on top) .

Overall I think these changes will be great - once all the information is out we can each make our own decision on a strategy that is right for us. *But until all the info is released*, I’ll personally continue making eth nodes til they are capped or are migrated to S2 $strngr

Every time I start to doubt $PXT they give me something to look forward to. They are developing a number of utility cases: real world gift cards, competition / lottery website, their own blockchain, x list, x games, NFTs 🤯🤯
