@SouthwestAir I have also been told by a SWA agent who was very polite and apologetic that they owe me nothing for this adventure - which the pilot acknowledged was their fault since it was a plane issue. @SouthwestAir

The Drama of SWA Flight #1309

There were storms in Dallas last night and the flight took off 1 hour and 45 min late. What was known when we took off was that there were also storms in Denver. Serious storms according to our flight attendant. Bumpy flight - no drink service.

@SouthwestAir The current plan right now is they are sending us a plane from Denver at noon. Not sure why noon / I have been told it’s only a 30 min flight- but after all this, I guess a 14 hour wait for a plane is acceptable. @SouthwestAir

We can’t leave the area as TSA is closed and we can’t get back in. So no food delivered. @SouthwestAir
