This looks very unfair and suspicious. How can 2GB finish when my device shows I only used about half of it? Customers deserve transparency and accurate billing.
Please investigate this issue and explain what happened to my remaining data.

This is very disappointing. I had 2GB of data on my line and was watching a live football match. My phoneโs data usage showed that I had used only about 1GB, yet MTN notified me that my 2GB data was already finished and immediately cut off my internet connection.@MTNNG
