My @Airbnb canceled bcz host wanted 2 charge higher rate, 10 days after booking! @AirbnbHelp told me I need to “contact the host in future before booking” I am supposed to inquire about unwarranted cancelations bcz the host wants to make more $? #CustomerExperience is terrible
