The Hantavirus outbreak is a classic example of the absurdly improbable sequence of events that typifies these events
Someone goes to rural Argentina, gets an incredibly rare but deadly virus from a rodent, and then promptly gets on a CRUISE SHIP
40-45 mins wait it said at the monitor, don’t see that being the case as I am not at security yet… I think I may honestly miss the flight after a 2 hour queue… madness 🤬 #schiphol
On the plane, and I was very lucky because they kept the gate open until 9:30. After running after security to a C gate, I was one of the last to board.. so I think with only hand luggage, 2.5hours is not enough, 3 should make you safe… #schiphol
The queues seem to be getting longer, when I queued outside, the ‘u-turn’ was still in the tunnel, now it seems extended, people standing under the sun #schiphol
The website said I should be here by 7:30am for a 9:30am flight… I didn’t do a bag drop, and I can tell you had I come here at 7:30am I would have immediately changed my ticket … #schiphol
1 hour to scan boarding pass since joining the queue… security monitors show 35-40min to clear… let’s see #Schiphol … many have flights at 9am and feeling nervous about making it
Queues are super long at #Schiphol… joined the security queue at 7am and made it to the ‘u-turn’ of the outside tunnel at 7:25am (Sheraton). Flight is in 2 hours and I feel slightly stressed 😅
I am the one that needs to say thanks for UKZN! I arrived at this phenomenal University in 1997 and #UKZN has shaped me as a person and a scientist. After returning from Oxford, I chose it again to be at UKZN. Thanks, SA to be my home for > 20 years. https://t.co/xMHosui0p6
