@JacquiDeevoy1 Just because I didn’t adhere to the doctors wish to accept more meds for side effects of bp ones they stopped sending me my regular prescriptions. Luckily my bp is now perfect even lowish sometimes but if I was relying on those meds I would have been history maybe 🤷🏾‍♀️

@JacquiDeevoy1 Tricky one but knowing me I would have risked it and helped or tried to. Not wanting to virtue signal, I do stuff like that but not everyone’s the same and we need to be sensible and weigh up risks 🤷🏾‍♀️

@davidicke Sorry but I am with David there. Ive bought the Covid thing right from day one. For me, and I’m no expert, it is a different strain of flu, they’re all potentially different every season. I remember years back when I had exact same symptoms and it wasn’t labelled Covid

@johnsdavies1956 @JacquiDeevoy1 They scare monger us these days into thinking our chl is high, that it should be under a certain amount when in actual fact it’s perfectly satisfactory - the idea is to get us on statins. I’ll stop there

@JacquiDeevoy1 @egontoastnbeans I’m on only one med since few years. I feel fine except occasional light headedness. But I refuse to keep measuring my BP as it just defeats the purpose. I’m slowly wondering if it’s all a myth 😙 not making light of it however
