@iiNet Anytime tonight would be good, or tomorrow night. This is getting a bit ridiculous so it would be good if the representative was clear on what’s happening. The person I spoke to last night told me he was sure it was definitely the NBN issue when I double & triple checked.
@iiNet our service has been constantly dropping out the past month or two, and since Friday hasn’t worked at all. Have tried power cycling again and again. Not willing to sit on phone for 1hour+ (what happened to your callback service?)
@iiNet Hi Darryn - was told by consultant that our old service has been cut off due to NBN. Have contacted NBN and they advise it’s not the case for our address. Could you please look into this? Incredibly frustrating.
@iiNet Also just to clarify - our current issue is no connection, so I will troubleshoot that rather than dropouts. However prior to this we’d been experiencing regular dropouts.
