2. Have to queue for 11 mins in order to get onto website to manually submit meter readings due failure in 1

@northernassist I'm on the 18:03 from Leeds to Ilkeston. The toilet is broken and does not work. I got on needing the toilet and now have nearly 2 hours without one. What am I actually paying for. Absolute joke.
@Barclaycard Yes, the chat does not exist on the android app. There is only the option to call. There is a whole forum thread about it of people having the same issue on money savings expert. Can I direct message to get the info I need? It's literally two basic questions about my account.
@Barclaycard your android app chat service doesn't work, it took an hour to get thru on phone and cut me off, and your website is rubbish with no info I need. I just want to ask a couple of basic questions about my credit card. Is there another way?
@OctopusEnergy I am being billed twice a month instead of once since changing to a smart metre. I emailed to ask why but had no response. I have just sent another email.
@OctopusEnergy is there a reason you are ignoring my numerous emails about my bill since before Christmas or is this just your usual standard of customer service?
@westerby1@RachelKilburn4@SkyNews The government is responsible. The building regulations at the time were out of date. It's governing bodies government that are responsible for this. Leaseholders PAY TAX. If wastage of tax payers money is the issue there is much more tax money wasted on other things.

@budgetaircouk Thanks for getting back to me. Appreciate it's busy but every other company has now refunded me and now I have my insurance threatening to close my claim because I have not been able to confirm whether or not I have a refund from you yet. I will send a DM now with booking ref.
