@optimum just spend 5 hours of my day on the phone with tech support, nothing they can do to help me fix my home internet service. Told me to wait for a technician for 6 days, I explained to them its for work, couldn’t do anything No internet for a week 24 year customer

@NYCMayor PT.2 I used to be able to parking in my neighborhood any time of day and now all I see is Toyota Camrys and Honda Accords with TLC license plates everywhere, I now have to walk almost 8-10 blocks to find parking. Before these apps I would find parking two blocks away.
@NYCMayor there is an ongoing issue with the amount of TLC drivers (specifically Uber and other ride sharing corporations) creating insane congestion in NYC (not only Manhattan) and taking away parking from residential areas (yellow cabs park in garages). PT.1
@Hyundai Great job, I feel like this is an innovative way to shop for a car without getting ripped off by a car dealer. Great to see that Hyundai Corporate just found the solution, watch every manufacturer do it after they see your customer service scores rise!
