@AdamJMatlock I was on the verge of doing a hard reset and full reinstall of all my apps from scratch, in case something went rogue and was causing the “phantom usage”. But now I may hold out for a potential course reverse from an iOS update.
@AdamJMatlock Yes! Phew, I’m glad it’s not just me. I’m not sure exactly which update but within the past month or so, my Air’s battery life has also been terrible. It was very good up until then. Now it’s dropping % when I’m not even touching it. Has to be software related.
@alex_bessinger Another impacted owner here. It’s so unnerving and distracting to hear the rattle over every minor crack or divot on every drive. Hoping Tesla can completely resolve the noise and not just “reduce” it.
@itskyleconner Happy to see exposure of this issue. So many of us are being impacted by this persistent annoyance every single time we drive our vehicles.
@Project_RCC @Tesla_AI Unfortunately here in Western NY we currently have legit 12 inch+ deep potholes x feet wide and I have to takeover often in certain areas otherwise I’ll end up with damaged axels and rims. I thought my tire exploded on this one last week. 😟
@DirtyTesLa do you also see this jagged/jerky/skipping animation of yellow center lines and white edge lines in 14.2.2.4? I didn’t notice it in .3. I tried comparing your recent videos for both versions and it seems like you may also have it in .4 but it’s hard to tell to sure.
@DMC_Ryan Air user here. The screen size is great, the thinness is awesome every time I pick it up (and I’ve had it since launch), the camera gets the job done and honestly the battery is fine. I know that all sounds too good to believe but for me and my use (heavy), it’s a great device!
@mikepat711 Fantastic tires, multiple winters with mine. There is a CC3 out in Europe that I was hoping would make its way over here soon but Michelin just released a statement that it’s not.
@Tesla_App_iOS It appears the font sizes inside the app are slightly smaller. I can’t compare them, now that I’ve updated, but they feel a bit smaller (which I like as it fits more of the ever-expanding list of menus on 1 screen).
@Project_RCC I believe it’s because the cameras see that there are currently streetlights. That’s the only time I notice that mine don’t activate. Otherwise mine are on the rest of the time.
@Project_RCC @Tesla_AI I’m with you 110%. Keep it up, please keep posting these videos and posts. This is exactly what I want as well, 64-65 in a 55, like I’ve been driving my whole life here without issue. That one version a month or so ago that capped at 10mph on the dot was magical.
@Project_RCC 100%. That would make it absolutely perfect. I’ve stuck to ~10mph over and have never received a speeding ticket. I’d like for that to continue. Today on non-highway roads in a 40mph, it was going 60mph in STANDARD! I had to use chill and go 42mph. 😕
