@zeptocares I ordered groceries yesterday but coffee came in a bad condition, the bottle was dirty, sticky in a bad condition. Ordered replacement but it wasn’t done snd order was marked delivered. I need a call to get this fixed

@zeptocares It says replacement delivered, when I raised it further to CC , they said its already delivered but no delivery was done. Later they backtracked that product was delivered in good condition, we cannot exchange. What kind of service is this.

Dear @CafeCoffeeDay , I pay ₹340 for a coffee to be served in a dirty glass.. this is how you serve customers, and when I complained I was offered a take away cup.. why would I pay so much to get a paper cup coffee. It was a bad experience though the glass was changed !

I ordered pizza 2days ago but my pizza came late and as you say if the order is not delivered within 30 minutes you give the refund upto ₹300 in wallet . Even after multiple calls & followups I haven't received anything yet. This has happened thrice now

@BluSmartIndia I am still waiting for my refund from #BlueSmart wallet. Did a mistake by putting in extra money. Now the app also stopped working & there is no way I can contact customer care who said that it would be refunded within 90 days. @jagograhakjago #consumerProtection

@MCD_Delhi As per news report User charges are being waived off in property tax for FY 2025-26. I have already property tax along with a user charge of ₹1000/- on 10-05-2025 for the same. Pl explain, how will I get the refund of those user charges ?
