@AtTheRim3 @NDCS_UK @willquince Unfortunately I have to disagree. I feel the system genuinely wants to integrate #deaf students into mainstream schools-it also suits their funding agendas. However, remember deafness varies..my son hasn’t benefitted from any hearing technologies so for him #BSL is the answer.

@sencochat @Lisa_SEND This came up in a meeting with @willquince, organised by @NDCS_UK …to begin with could #SEND awareness not be incorporated into teachers training? Perhaps when studying for a PGCE or during the annual training days? (Sorry if this already happens!)

On 22/2/22 I was informed that home to school transport had been agreed to for my son. Despite sending several emails regarding the next steps I have heard nothing since. @BucksCouncil is this going to take as long as finalising the EHCP did? (Which was 2 months late) 🤷🏽‍♀️
