Looks like this is a new rule.
A person spectacularly brilliant and successful in one aspect of life start assuming equal brilliance in all other aspects of life especially health. And start doling out public (vaccines) and personal health (walking barefoot) advice.
And they are wrong.
I am stoked to share about next chapter in our journey: @infracloudio is @improving
Our love for people & technology, in that order, is what binds us in shared vision of applying technology & providing modern digital services at their best.

It’s been a tough few weeks. My 10yo daughter was diagnosed with a very rare, aggressive cancer called interdigitating dendritic cell sarcoma (IDCS). I’m reaching out to identify clinicians/patients who have encountered pediatric IDCS, indeterminate dendritic cell histiocytosis or other (non-LCH) histiocytic sarcomas cases.
I'm trying to understand non-surgical chemo and targeted therapy options, new pathology markers to better diagnose subtypes/treatments, and any data on progression in pediatric patients. Please feel free to share – I’m trying to cast a wide net due to the rarity of this condition and how little is known.

Large models can often overwhelm GPU memory, making inference slow & inefficient😓
In this blog post, @amanjuneja5 shares how to run tasks simultaneously across multiple processing units to reduce inference time without sacrificing accuracy 🎯

Closure is a myth. Grief doesn't evaporate—it waxes and wanes.
The purpose of grief is not to cause pain. It's to keep memories of loved ones alive and remind us to make the most of our time.
Moving forward after loss is not about erasing sorrow. It's about gaining perspective.
Stroke of luck is all we need but shouldn't have to!
Something similar happened, a friend on a holiday pointed out I am gasping for air while I am asleep about 4 years ago. My thread from 4 years back on this https://t.co/bU2AwBfHj5
Since then I have been using CPAP:
- Never had migraine
- Able to exercise regularly (you can't with sleep apnea as you are under recovered state)
- Quality of life has changed drastically, with sleep apnea it is like 365 days 24x7 living with a jet lag.
Nothing less than life changing!
What a stroke of luck for all of us !
Few months ago i was travelling Pune to Nanded in overnight train. My fellow traveller (a stranger to me) had very disturbed sleep. He snored in a peculiar loud way and his breathing frequently stopped. I counted multiple spells where is breathing stopped for more than 20 seconds at a time.

“‘Spend each day trying to be a little wiser than you were when you woke up. Discharge your duties faithfully and well. Slug it out one inch at a time, day by day. At the end of the day—if you live long enough—most people get what they deserve.”
Thanks Charlie!
Just like we have physical illness, we can have psychological problems. We shouldn't feel awkward about it ourselves nor should we shame people going through them. The day we accept this truth, more people will benefit.
