@airtelindia stop harping on largest network & work on your customer service. Been 5 days since complaint was filed for set top box. 1st it was closed without resolving the issue & 2nd has been escalated for last 3 days. If you no longer care about losing a client then so be it.
This chat is from yesterday. I raised another request today. Different customer support exec responds every time, not aware of chat history & I have to repeat myself. I feel like I am the one at fault for ordering from @myntra
