kim goeun was one of the final daesang candidates at the baeksang arts awards alongside ryu seungryong and park boyoung. the judges revealed that the voting was extremely close, and in the final round, 3 judges still voted for kim goeun for the daesang (the winner got 4 votes).

the judges praised her bravery for choosing you and everything else, saying it was not an easy project to take on because the drama focused on two female leads and required her to share the spotlight rather than dominate the story alone. they said her performance exceeded expectations and greatly elevated the quality of the drama.

they also highlighted how kim goeun is an actress who looks at the bigger picture and is willing to sacrifice for the sake of the overall project and her fellow actors. one judge said the drama shined even more because kim goeun chose to star in it, while another added that she also delivered an outstanding performance in the price of confession this year.
