Apparently ProRes 422 is not enough, so I also added ProRes 4444 for 823 and 509. Also, updated h264 and h265 for kirins.

@JarrodFeng Unfortunately 5900x is hovering at 5% usage on final render, because afx+ame frame-by-frame rendering is software architecture bound. It's not even about single thread or file io. Speed difference between something like r1600 and r5990wx will be negligible
