@Delta Really disappointed by what I saw at JFK T4 tonight. A couple next to me was repeatedly told their ETA had to be printed, and staff wouldn’t listen as they tried to show an email from the ETA saying it did not. They were shut down and spoken to incredibly rudely.

On the other hand, Charles at the counter helping me was fantastic. He was incredibly patient dealing with a ticketing issue caused when a Delta phone rep added a lap child to my reservation. Huge shoutout to him.
