Network slicing might be standard 5G technology, but it's meant for using the different slices for different devices with different bandwidth requirements, not so you can sell the best ones to the highest paying customers and let everyone else languish on slower networks.
@kush346 Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the port never fixed properly? Iron Galaxy had patched out the critical bugs but never fixed the underlying issues of texture streaming, et al that caused stutters.
Regardless, people started brute forcing the game with more powerful h/w 😂

AC Unity and Arkham Knight are still the peak of the pre-raytracing era.
They didn't have a dynamic day/night cycle, so the devs could create insanely detailed pre-baked lighting for specific times of day.
The industry ditched this handcrafted photorealistic look just so the sun could move in realtime… and we ended up with a decade of flat and muddy shadows.
