So @AxisBank @AmexIndia @HDFC_Bank and @IDFCFIRSTBank you have no problems with transactions worth lakhs on platforms and merchants that allow users to transfer money from their credit cards to bank accounts but you have problems with my ₹1457 transaction on @WeWorkIndia - because as per you it's a "real estate transaction" and hence decline it.

First, please tell me which real estate can I buy for ₹1457? Second, does the @RBI bestow upon you the authority to unilaterally restrict me from using my credit card at certain merchants that are not in circumvention of any regulations? I don't think so.

This WILL be escalated to the RBI and you WILL pay for it. You have a problem with such transactions, fair enough, don't give reward points for the same - that's your perogative but unilaterally restricting such transactions is not.

@HDFC_Bank has started putting unauthorised charges on cards for issuing @HDFCERGOHealth policy without consent. And when you try calling them after so many IVR call steps, they aren’t available because of difficult times.
