@KingDav52938244@JoyNewsOnTV he's done plenty of other things too, all of them bad for Ghana. Galamsey is still going on strong and he's done nothing to stop it.
@UnkleFiii This is because China has taken over all of our industries and is importing all their own people. That's why they don't even care that they are taking over all the fishing and mining and hurting everyone here
@tv3_ghana The problem is always going to be starvation of resources as long as the Chinese are in charge of giving out resources for these initiatives. They don't care about Ghana and it shows
@tv3_ghana I disagree. We need new leadership that will actually take action against galamsey. The current leadership has allowed it to continue and that's why we don't have any more fish left
@UnkleFiii This is because China has created so many jobs here that they import all the Chinese into Ghanian companies and then fire Ghanaians. That's why none of us can even get jobs
@QwecyAbronoma This is not an isolated incident. Galamseyers (Chinese) are invading forests and polluting water sources all across Ghana. We need to stand up to them before they poison all of our water
@bernardkojos@MizaMangal67977@malisecullen the mining company is just one of the many foreign actors that thinks they can disregard Ghanaians. Galamsey is a symptom of this larger issue of abuse Ghana is suffering under.
@pootey034@YouTube Finally some action being taken against the Chinese abuse!! We need to stop trusting them and start putting them in their place. We need to stop letting them take advantage of us
@khem_trails@Kgwet_Tshepang@TrueSizeOfMaps We are losing our ability to be the second largest cocoa producer because galamsey is ruining the land that cocoa is grown on. It's not just gold that is mined its our future too
@CodeandChrist1 But that intelligence needs to be used to fight galamsey. Because it is literally the smartest decision you could make for the future of ghana.
@rickybosssss@TouchlineX Now we need to replace them with new officials who will actually work in the best interest of Ghana. We can't trust the Chinese anymore they have proven they don't care about us
@RobertBoatengD1 I completely agree that we need to encourage entrepreneurship in Ghana. But how are we supposed to encourage that when all of our resources are being diverted to stopping galamsey?
@holufunwa@faya_lorrrd exactly the problem is that the galamsey is being driven by Chinese companies who don't care about the value of the gold, only the gold itself. They are sucking us dry
@simmonsjames95@YouTube We need to start taking a stronger stand against the abuse that the Chinese are constantly putting Ghanaians through. This is not the last time we will see them ignore us.
@TheEbuzu Youโre literally going to see this happen more and more as the Chinese literally import more and more of their people here. We need to put a stop to this before it is too late.
@prenipankwa@Citi973 The chinese don't even care about following our laws or regulations lol. They just do whatever they want to take advantage of us. That's why we need to stop partnering with them and partner with countries that actually care about us
@Nazodum@ETCMokoena@HappyUmunze@Subsaharxn@Nkemakolam_1 The govt has been too soft on the Chinese for too long. That's why galamsey continues. We are going to have to start importing water from other countries because all of ours is toxic
