As we practice social distancing, we remember that God does not keep His distance. I pray today for our great Country, our leaders, and all Americans. #NationalDayOfPrayer
Dear God we Trust You no matter what is taking place in the Atmosphere; and we bind the Spirit of fear and we loose love, power and a sound mind to my Brothers and Sisters;cover their households with your blood, and protect them in Jesus Mighty Name!🙏🏼🙏🏼🙌🏻🙌🏻
I am in quarantine for Covid. I just had to send an email to my church to tell them that I likely exposed them last Sunday. While I know it was not my fault, I feel terribly about this. I am struggling with how guilty I feel.
For much of my Christian life, I’ve fought discouragement and depression.
In the fight, I remind myself of these maxims:
1. My past is blotted out in Christ.
2. My sins are washed away in Christ.
3. My everlasting joy is in Christ.
4. My faith is resting in Christ.
Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world.
1 John 2:15-16
Holy Father, thank you for the Scriptures. Please forgive me for not spending more time getting to know Jesus better. Please bless me with a genuine sense of his presence and a clearer knowledge of his will. In Jesus' holy name I pray. Amen.
Holy Father, all I can do is ask the Holy Spirit to make my thoughts and words convey the gratitude of my heart as he intercedes for me now. Thank you! Praise you! May my life truly honor you! In the mighty name of Jesus, I praise. Amen.
If God tossed all that you have to the four winds, and if He afflicted you with disease and hardship, and if took everyone of your loved ones from you, would you still love and praise Him?
