As part of the ongoing 60th #AWWA Day Celebrations, 𝗠𝗿𝘀 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗶 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮, 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗪𝗪𝗔, 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱, shared a heartfelt moment with the #VeerNaris and #VeerMatas and honoured them for their #Sacrifice. During her interaction, she spoke about the importance of well-being and self-reliance,while also emphasising the need to give due attention to children’s education in today’s competitive world. Information on various welfare schemes and initiatives was also shared with the ladies.

Adding a touch of fun and cheer to the gathering, a lively musical game brought smiles, laughter and enthusiastic participation from everyone, creating a warm sense of #Camaraderie and #Togetherness.

A tribute to the indomitable spirit of Army wives, #DhruvTara #Asmita_2025 was held at Udhampur Military Station. The event celebrated real life stories of courage, resilience and transformation, showcasing how strength, hope and determination can overcome even life’s toughest challenges.

Inspiring narratives from #VeerNaris who turned grief into purpose, entrepreneurs who built new paths of self-reliance and mother of a special child whose unwavering love and perseverance helped her son thrive, resonated deeply with all present and those who joined the live stream.

Mrs Shinei Sharma #RegionalPresident #AWWA commended the indomitable spirit of women rising with renewed strength and purpose. Mrs Manju Singh, wife of Dr. Jitendra Singh, Hon’ble Minister of Science and Technology as guest of honour motivated the speakers.

The exercise culminated with a unique display of #Jointness, #Atmanirbharta and coordinated initiatives across kinetic & non-kinetic domains.

Lt Gen Pratik Sharma, GOC-in-C, Northern Command, lauded the synergy among the Armed Forces, CAPFs & National Agencies, emphasizing the need for a comprehensive decision-making architecture to effectively fight future wars.

Lt Gen Pratik Sharma, #ArmyCdrNC witnessed a network centric integrated employment of #ArmyAviation assets like Recce, Utility, Attack Helicopters and Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems - a major component of #MultiDomainOps. The troops exercised heli-borne insertion, destruction of targets by WSI and real-time post strike damage assessment in an intensely contested air space.
