It’s easy to criticize people, but that doesn’t mean it’s the right thing to and we often don't understand the impact of what we say to people and the affect it can have.

because that’s what you’ve allowed to be inside. Once you take away all those negative things
out of your life and replace them with love, you’ll find yourself living a highly functioning life.
