@jagograhakjago filed complaint on consumerhelpline. Travel company MakinMemories did fraud with us. Docket No. 8542939. 2 months but no resolution. Very inefficient services. Asked to file case. If this is to be done, why do you have consumerhelpline?

Pathetic experience of boarding from Nizamuddin Railway station in 11058 going towards Mumbai. Coach position not displayed. No wi fi. Complaint on 139 but person says you can't complain on 139 as train has departed from station. My PNR-2449820734. @RailwayNorthern @RailMinIndia
