Azuki will represent Ethereum’s values through anime regardless, but it’s nice to see this.
Azuki floor price has returned to pre Animecoin tokenomics levels.
Partly due to speculations about snapshots that are not accurate.
Here's how it actually works:
There will be two $ANIME checkers for Azuki NFTs.
The first will be a "simulation" after which you will see the base points per Azuki/Elemental/Beanz.
The Animecoin allocation is tied to the NFT, not the wallet. This means that if you sell your NFT before TGE, you will also lose the allocation.
The second checker also takes bonus points into account (based on Collector Status, special traits etc).
Again, the allocation is still tied to the NFTs.
If you sell before claim, you lose the allocation and the buyer of the NFT also buys the associated Animecoin allocation.
Once the claim is open, each NFT can claim their own individual allocation based on their points.
Read that again and really understand it. I'm 100% sure we'll see some people dump their Azukis into bids after the checker goes live.
Don’t be that person
Bullish on @pudgypenguins, @doodles, @Azuki and all of those teams who have stayed around after 3 years of pain.
Lets lift each other up, not knock each other down. 🤝
Azuki has a vision to revolutionize the anime industry. Through every challenge, we’ve only grown stronger.
The greatest transformations begin with unshakeable belief.
Traditional corps are rushing to own a piece of the $30B anime market.
But there's a better way.
Tokenization unlocks true fan ownership, growing the pie for everyone. When 1B+ fans become owners, they build together.
The future of anime belongs to its fans.
Animecoin.
Azuki chart looks impressive.
Here’s a more impressive fact:
The $ANIME activation hasn’t even started yet.
The Azuki team has so much in store for their marketing campaigns:
- Anime Episode 2
- Whitepaper and Tokenomics
- Major exchange listings
- Web2 and Web3 partnerships
That said, my conservative target for Azuki before TGE is still 15 ETH.
Until then, I’ll sit back and enjoy the ride.
This is more than Azuki's story - it's Web3's story.
Born from Ethereum's ethos of decentralization, built by all of us.
After months in the writer's room, the Azuki world bible is complete. Can't wait to share our story with the world. ⛩️
My conviction in Pudgy Penguins and $PENGU was deeply influenced by their ability to capture mainstream adoption on social media.
Proof: Pudgy Penguins have over 17mil likes and 500k followers on TikTok alone.
I'm now applying that same conviction to Azuki.
Azuki has also shown they dominate in their own market on social media.
The numbers don't lie:
- 7.4mil likes and 268k followers on TikTok.
- ~30m views on their top videos.
- 300k subscribers on YouTube
- 7mil views across top videos on YouTube
What I also love about both projects is that they complement each other.
They are not in competition.
This is what is very exciting, there's mutual respect and support between founders, holders, and the greater community.
$ANIME is up next
IKZ
Two @Azuki spirits just sold for 108 ETH (USD $374,220) and 105.52 ETH (USD $365,626) respectively.
Nobody wanted an OG Azuki at 3 ETH and now everybody wants one at 11 ETH.
Bro, stop lumping Azuki in with these other collections rushing to launch a token as a last-ditch effort. They've been planning this shit for over a year with reward systems like Collector's Status, and their vision is on a completely different level.
Look at what they’ve built: Anime.com, AnimeChain, and AnimeCoin, all part of a long-term strategy to reshape the anime industry and create a full-stack ecosystem. This isn’t about chasing crypto trends, it’s about delivering real value to fans, creators, and collectors through thoughtful, innovative use of blockchain technology.
This is Azuki is doubling down on their mission to redefine how IP, anime, and Web3 intersect, building a sustainable and interactive ecosystem for the future.
(btw not intentionally throwing shade at all projects launching tokens, some are solid, but plenty deserve it and will likely fade into oblivion)
Azuki and @animecoin deserve more credit for recognizing the NFT + Token meta nearly a year ago. While they obv weren’t the first, they clearly saw the trend coming and built what is undeniably the most comprehensive and collector-focused system in the space.
This system is designed to reward legitimate collectors, factoring in rarity, traits, hold time—all seamlessly baked into its mechanics. While this approach might not work for every collection, it’s a perfect fit for Azuki and its community of collectors.
And that’s just the beginning. With anime dot com, the upcoming episode of the anthology, and countless other initiatives on the horizon, things are about to get wild.
Azuki is setting the stage for something truly next-level…
